Service details · October 19, 2026

Approval before visits begin

Submitting a request does not activate service, guarantee route space or create a charge. All Clear first reviews your property photo and confirms your service areas, per-visit rate and approved service window with you. Once approved, your automatic service follows your chosen trigger. No prepaid seasonal fee or subscription is required. Earlier individually accepted agreements remain governed by their agreed terms.

Payment

We accept cash or card. Payment is due after the work is completed.

Driveway prices per clearing

These starting rates cover an accessible, reasonably flat, paved driveway with up to 12 inches of new, normally workable snow, no vehicles blocking the clearing area and room to place snow on the property.

Over 12–18 inches: add $40 for a 2-car driveway, or $50 for a 3- or 4-car driveway, only when agreed in advance. Over 18 inches, heavy/wet/compacted snow, tall plow berms, steep or unusually long driveways and difficult access require a custom quote confirmed before service. Prices are starting rates, not unconditional guarantees.

A short front walkway during the same driveway visit starts at +$25. Longer paths, steps, decks, patios and standalone walkway calls are quoted by scope. Standalone calls have a $50 minimum; accessible decks and patios start at $75. Small-area deicing or spot treatment is included where appropriate and specified in your confirmed quote. Substantial ice removal or material-intensive treatment requires a separate quote.

No extra charge is automatically applied without your approval. This includes exceptional depth, access, slopes, plow berms, heavy ice, add-ons and any timing premium. There is currently no arrival-preference surcharge. Previously agreed charges on existing requests remain subject to those agreements.

Your trigger and return visits

Choose 1 inch for lighter snowfalls, 2 inches (recommended for most homeowners), or 3 inches for more substantial snowfall. Your trigger determines when clearing becomes eligible, not your per-visit rate. Fresh accumulation is assessed at your property, not from forecasts or snowfall reports from other locations.

Normally no more than one clearing takes place per rolling 24 hours when your trigger is met. Extended storms and extra return visits require separate agreement. New snow after a completed visit that independently reaches your trigger, after the agreed return-visit period, may result in another billable visit.

Timing and route availability

The winter service period is November 11, 2026–April 15, 2027. Arrival windows are 6 AM first stop, 6–9 AM, 9 AM–1 PM and 1–5 PM, Pacific time. We confirm your window and route placement individually.

Service depends on safe travel, route availability and storm severity. A requested or approved window is not a guarantee of an exact start or finish time. A mild winter may produce zero qualifying visits; no completed service means no service fee.

Service areas and scope

We serve select neighborhoods in Carson City, Genoa and Stateline. Commercial properties receive individual quotes. Snow stays on the property; roof clearing, parking-lot plowing and snow hauling are outside our service. We agree the work and any surface or salt restrictions before service.

To request a change to your trigger, approved areas, service window or future automatic visits, contact All Clear so we can confirm the change with you.
